MPPSC Exam Documents Required (Complete List)

You need a few key documents to apply for MPPSC State Service Exam online. Most importantly: your photo and signature must meet exact size and format requirements, or the portal will reject them.

Bank Account Details

First page of passbook (scanned, JPG, 20-200 KB)
Must be the applicant's own bank account
IFSC code and account number must be accurate

Category / Reservation Documents (if applicable)

Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) — issued by MP government
EWS certificate — issued by competent authority in MP
Domicile certificate of Madhya Pradesh
PwD certificate — issued by District Medical Board (40% or more disability)
Ex-serviceman certificate (for defence personnel from MP)

Additional Documents (Specific Cases)

NOC from department — if currently serving in MP government
Defence service certificate — for ex-serviceman relaxation
Inter-caste marriage certificate — for related age relaxation
Vikram Award certificate — for sports quota age relaxation

Tips to Avoid Document Rejection

Photo and signature must be JPG — PNG, PDF, BMP are not accepted
Files below the minimum size (20 KB for photo, 10 KB for signature) will be rejected
Do not just rename a PNG file to JPG — convert it properly using an image editor
Signature must be on plain white paper — lined or colored paper causes rejection
Face in photo must be fully visible — no dark glasses, no caps (except religious headwear)
Enter educational details exactly from your marksheet — any mismatch at verification can disqualify you
Keep all original documents safe — you will need them at the interview/document verification stage
